EYE-CATCHING TRANSFER PRINTING

EYE-CATCHING TRANSFER PRINTING

"ALL THE RAGE"– Supacolor transfers are an innovative and versatile solution to full-color printing beyond CMYK. This technique allows us to print millions of colors and reproduce nearly any design with minimal limitations!

What is TRANSFER PRINTING? Designs that are screen printed or digitally printed on films, transferred to garments using a heat press. Each transfer is designed specifically for the garment its being applied to, which guarantees long lasting, vibrant, no-tear, prints every. single. time.

DTF (Direct-to-Film) printing is a modern textile printing technique that involves transferring designs onto fabric using a special film. The process begins by printing the design onto a clear polyethylene film using a printer equipped with specialized DTF inks, including white ink for opacity. A layer of adhesive powder is then applied to the printed design and cured with heat to create a bondable surface. Once prepared, the film is pressed onto the fabric using a heat press, and the design is transferred permanently when the film is peeled away. DTF printing is praised for its ability to produce vibrant, detailed, and durable prints on a wide range of fabrics, including cotton, polyester, and blends, making it a versatile choice for custom apparel and promotional items.
