NIck Alligood | Co-Founder
After years of owning and operating a retail brand, Nick saw a major gap in the industry—one that demanded a higher standard of customer service, quality, and attention to detail. With a commitment to elevating the customer experience, he set out to create something Above The Rest.
Before diving into the world of apparel, Nick spent over a decade in Nashville, TN, as a professional songwriter and musician. Now, he pours that same passion into this industry. Nick is happily married to his wife Kelsie. They live in Windham with their two beautiful daughters, Whitley & Wynne- their English Springer named Gibson, and an old cranky Chihuahua named Kleetis.

JOHN BURKE | CO-FOUNDER
John, a proud Mainer, is a graduate of Norwich University and former U.S. Marine Corps Officer. Post military, his strong foundation of leadership and service catapulted himself into a 25-year career in sales leadership where he earned a stellar reputation at the executive level of multiple industries.
John lives on Watchic Lake in Standish with his partner Deb. He has 4 amazing daughters and one beautiful grand daughter! When JB's not in the shop you're likely to find him skiing, boating, biking, or hiking; anything enjoying the Maine outdoors.

Alexa | Graphic Designer
This pit bull walked in one day and demanded a job. Now shespearheads the art department with a decade of industry-specific experience in graphic design and art separations
Alexa lives in Gray with her boyfriend Jake, their dog Summit, and two devil cats, Leah and Moxie. When she’s not bringing designs to life, she’s likely enjoying the outdoors, or chasing her passion of wedding photography.

JAKOB | SCREEN PRINTER
“Chef” Jakob brings nine years of expertise in both manual and automatic screen printing. His attention to detail and commitment to high-quality prints, truly elevates the screen printing department.
Jakob lives in Westbrook with his girlfriend, Jess, and their two cats, Kara and Njord. When he’s not in the shop, you'll find him in the kitchen whipping up INSANE cuisine or gaming

Anna | CXR
“Shop Mom” Anna was our first employee and has been an essential part of the team ever since. AG started as our shop assistant and since graduated to CXR where she plays a key role in customer relations!
Anna lives in Standish with her husband, Matt, and their three daughters—Abigail, Eliana, and Emily, and their dog Phoenix

MICHAEL | EMBROIDERER
Born in the great state of Maine, "Meat Stick" brings over a decade of embroidery and digitizing experience to the team. After starting in radio and part-time print work, he found his passion in thread and hasn’t looked back. His sharp eye for detail and deep industry knowledge make him a true asset.
Michael lives in Biddeford with his wife Jenni, his daughter Gianna and his dog Tyson. When he’s not at the shop, you can find him on the nearest disc golf course or digitizing logos at home. The grind never stops!
